Back by popular demand, Penny Clay of Mountain Yoga Kinlochleven is running another 4-week Chi Gong course!
Enjoy 30 minutes of gentle, relaxing movement followed by tea and cake. Suitable for beginners and those with limited mobility.
Classes will take place on Mondays at 12:30pm, starting Monday 1st September.
