Take a look at the current volunteer opportunities below. If you can’t see anything for you, get in touch anyway using the form at the end of the page, and we can discuss other ways you can get involved!

Why I Volunteer

I feel grateful to live in an area of natural beauty and by volunteering with the community trust I can help in a small way to look after the local environment and give something back into the community. I am particularly interested in projects which help protect and restore the natural environment.

I enjoy gardening and would like to encouraging people to grow and eat more vegetables. I currently help out at the composting site, the pantry garden and with path maintenance and I’m looking forward to getting involved with woodland management tasks. In addition to supporting the community, volunteering can also be a great way to keep fit and meet like-minded people.
