DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – JOB SPECIFICATION

Kinlochleven Community Trust are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team within our Kinlochleven office as Local Development Officer.  Candidates must have management experience and will take responsibility for the day to day running of the office.  You will have a keen interest in community development.  Experience of estate management and funding applications would be desirable.

The Development Officer will report to the Chairman of Kinlochleven Community Trust, or a nominated representative appointed by him/her.  This post is 28 hours per week.

The Development Officer will be an excellent communicator; able to keep Directors, Staff, Volunteers, Community, Stakeholders and Funding Partners abreast of progress.  A self-starter, he/she will be a well focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

Competitive salary depending on skill set and experience.
