Other Tenants include Kinlochleven Post Office and the Scottish Government. New industries and tourist activities provide Kinlochleven with many visitors during the year.

The business units are situated within Kinlochleven Business Park which lies approximately 21 miles south of Fort William and 92 miles north of Glasgow at the head of Loch Leven. The Business Park has been created in recent years by Kinlochleven Community Trust and forms a key role in the regeneration of the village. The village is well known for its strategic position on the West Highland Way which attracts a considerable number of visitors throughout the year.
